Wyse

This direct mail piece I designed for Wyse is an excellent example of how target audience engagement can be amplified through personalization and strategic call to action (CTA) elements. By leveraging brand identity and a focus on visual communication, I ensured the design resonated with the intended consumer. The concept centered around inviting recipients to take action by returning the business reply card (BRC), which would initiate a follow-up from a Wyse representative to install a secure thumbprint reader on their computer.

The design integrates interactive design elements that make the user’s customer journey seamless, with a clear focus on user experience (UX). This combination of graphic design and print design not only highlights the uniqueness of the product but also fosters trust and engagement. With an emphasis on security and exclusivity, only the person who registered through the BRC could access the system, ensuring high conversion rates and a strong response rate from the campaign. This project is a prime example of how cross-channel campaigns can elevate the impact of a data-driven design approach.
