This integrated campaign for HSBC Premier was designed with a strong brand identity in mind, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. I developed a unique concept and brought it to life through a cross-platform design, seamlessly blending print collateral, direct marketing materials, and digital assets. The campaign featured a variety of creative outputs, including a collateral wheel, landing pages, dynamic banners, and a targeted ad campaign aimed at driving user engagement and increasing brand visibility.
One of the standout elements of the campaign was the interactive design of the wheel, which was intentionally non-translucent to prompt users to explore its functionality. The wheel's concept was rooted in visual storytelling, asking comparative questions like "Does your banker know the Far East from the Upper East Side?" This was paired with a set of carefully crafted direct marketing pieces, including an Iron Cross layout, letter, buck slip, and envelope, designed to enhance the customer journey and deliver a personalized experience.
The campaign's multi-channel marketing strategy was integral to its success, allowing for a consistent message across both digital and print platforms. The responsive design ensured that each touchpoint was optimized for a seamless user experience, while A/B testing on the landing pages allowed us to refine the content for maximum conversion rate optimization (CRO).
